We currently ship to UK addresses only.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 – £6.00

Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Processing Times

Many of our products are handmade, hand-painted, made to order, or prepared specifically for each customer. Because of this, processing times can vary depending on the items ordered.

Stock Items

Items that are already in stock are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Handmade & Made-to-Order Items

Handmade, hand-painted, custom, or made-to-order products generally require additional preparation time and are typically dispatched within 5 working days.

Where an item requires a longer lead time, this will be clearly stated in the product description.

Mixed Orders

If your order contains both stock items and handmade or made-to-order items, your order may be shipped together once all items are ready for dispatch.

If you require part of your order sooner, please contact us before placing your order.

Delivery Times

Once dispatched, delivery times are estimated as follows:

Royal Mail Tracked 48: Usually 2–3 working days
Royal Mail Tracked 24: Usually 1–2 working days

Custom Orders

Custom commissions and bespoke terrain pieces may require additional production time. Estimated dispatch dates will be discussed and agreed before work begins.
